Nutritional Cooking Class

These classes are taught by registered and licensed dietitians from Mayo Clinic, a hands-on class full of healthy recipes for patients with compromised immune systems.

Tai Chi

Tai Chi is a meditative exercise designed to increase strength and flexibility, decrease joint pain and stress, reduce blood pressure, and increase one’s sense of well-being. It can be done seated or standing and no prior experience or equipment is necessary.


Art Therapy

This class includes both painting and beading. There is a $5 supply fee for the beading class. All other art supplies provided at no cost.

Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction

Taught by a licensed psychotherapist Ph.D. This class incorporates the medical model of utilizing meditation, relaxation, and breathing.

Classes are offered weekly.

Chef’s Night In

We are back to our dinner groups being able to cook and serve in the house. All must be masked and vaccinated.
